« ROCK ON 2013 » competition rules

 

Article I: Overview

 

The Woodbrass.com company whose head office is located 09-15 Avenue du Nouveau Conservatoire 75019 Paris, registered at the RCS of Paris under the number 42212898, is organizing  a free competition « ROCK ON 2013 » opened from 16th May to 31st July 2013 at midnight.

Article II: Participation

 

Entering the competition is free and without obligation to buy and open to European Union residents (except employees, their suppliers, business partners or family), having an internet access and a valid email address. Minors need the permission of their parents or legal guardian. Entry to the competitions is restricted to one entry per person (same name, same address). Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified!  Every incomplete or illegible information or sent after the deadline or sent via another way will be invalid.

Article III: Participation conditions

 

The participation in the game can be made online on http://www.woodbrass.com/en/ROCKON. To participate, entrants have to fill out the online registration form that has been specifically lined up for the game. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries. 

Article IV: Prizes

13 entrants will receive a prize.

Article V: Drawing

 

Winners will be chosen at random within 2 weeks after the end of the competition. These will be informed by Woodbrass via email or telephone call. Without any feedback within 8 days after this, the entrant will be disqualified and the prize will be lost like it is written in article X. A substitute will get the prize instead. The prize can’t be refunded by money or in another way and it isn’t transferable. In case of absolute necessity, WOODBRASS can replace the price which had been announced by another price having the same value. The entrants indicate their address via the inscription form. The winner gives the authorization to a check of all information concerning its identity and address (postal address or/and internet, telephone). All false indications of personal identity or address will be followed by a nullity of competition entrance.

Article VI: Registration

 

The competition rules are registrated via "http://www.reglement.net/"www.reglement.net, at SCP Level - Bornecque Winandy - Bru Nifosi, Associate notaries, 15, Passage du Marquis de la Londe- 78000 – Versailles. Woodbrass.com reserves the right to modify the regulation and/or the website, at anytime during the duration of the game, by an additional clause, respecting the rul es which are published on the website. This additional clause is registered at SCP Associate notaries before any publication. It will come into effect as from its online publishing. Every entrant will have accepted it because of its entering at the game. Any entrant refusing any modifications will have to stop his/her participation in this game. The regulation is gratuitously addressed to all the people doing a written request by post intended to WOODBRASS - Jeu concours « ROCK’ON» - 1 rue du Charron – 44800 Saint-Herblain, before the closing date of the game. The full regulation can also be consulted online on the website. The mail expenses caused by demanding the rules can be reimbursed based on the standard mail rates.

Article VII: Reimbursement of entering expenses

In case of expenses related to the competition entry, every entrant can ask for a via fixed line network based on the local rate of a 3 minutes call, at the more reduced rate. The reimbursement request has to be sent to the address mentioned in article VI, with the bank details, a detailed invoice in the name of the entrant, indicating the exact date and time, at the latest 30 days after the competition, the date stamp will be the valid one. The expenses made by the entrant for any stamp necessary to this request will be reimbursed on written request, based on the standard rate. One unique request of reimbursement per entrant entered the competition and per envelope will be accepted (same name, same address). Incomplete requests won’t be considered. 
Given the fact that there the most internet offers are free or all inclusive connections, any connection expenses won’t be reimbursed (cable or ADSL connections).

Article VIII : Connection and use

The participation implies the knowledge and acceptance of the limits and characteristics of internet, a security deficiency of some data against eventual diversion or piracy and risks of contamination by eventual virus in the net. The WOODBRASS company refuse to accept any responsibility in case of faulty utilization of the computer, of the internet connection, of maintenances, or in case of a server dysfunction or a dysfunction of the telephone line or of any technical connection, and in case of a failed submission of entering form or in case of sending the entering form at a false address.

Article IX : Dispute and responsibilities

The participation in the game involves the acceptance with no reserve of this regulation in its wholeness. If one or some parts of the rules will be declared invalid, the other parts and clauses will keep their validity. In case of a difference between the rules registered by the Associate notaries and the rules wich are online, only the version registered by the Associate notaries will be the valid ones. Any incomplete or false information and every fraud will entail a disqualification of the entrant. WOODBRASS will decide any dispute concerning the competition in agreement with the SCP Level - Bornecque Winandy - BruNifosi, Associate notaries. There won’t be any response to requests by telephone or in a written way concerning the interpretation or application of the present rules, its mechanisms or terms or concerning the winner-list. In case of protest the only valid possibility is a registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt within 1 month after the announcement of the winners. WOODBRASS reserves the right if necessary to curtail, extend, modify or cancel the competition, respecting the article VI without having its responsibility engaged because of this. Woodbrass.com reserves by rights the faculty to interrupt the game in case of any attempt to defraud, for example by an IT way within the Competition entering. Woodbrass.com reserves the right to sue anyone who has cheated or tried to.

Article X: Prizes attribution

By accepting the prizes, the winners will give their authorization to WOODBRASS, to use their names and address for any commercial offers related to the competition, without any compensation, and this during maximum 2 years. WOODBRASS won’t have any responsibility for eventual delays, damage or illegibility of postmarks because of the delivering services while delivering the prize. The prize which won’t be required or sent back within 30 days will be lost for the entrant and will remain granted to WOODBRASS.

Article XI: Evidences

 

Except any errors, it is agreed that the system information of WOODBRASS competition has the probative value concerning any connection elements or IT data treatment related to the competition. 

Article XII: Power of decision

Entrants underlie the French regulation applicable on games and competitions. Any dispute that can’t be decided out of court will be attributed to the court which is in charge of it according to the code of civil procedure

Article XIII: Informatique et Libertés

All entrants names and addresses will be used according to the law's clauses «  Computer and Liberties » of 6th January 1978 or any other law that shall substitute it. All persons having entered the competition, and so the legal guardians if they are minors, have the possibility, according to the article 27 of this law, to have a look at or to modify their personal data. These requests have to be addressed to WOODBRASS. 

Article XIV: Intellectual property

According to the laws concerning intellectual property it’s not allowed to reproduce the whole or a part of the competition. The brands included in the competition are registered trademarks.
