Après une expérience de livraison catastrophique et un manque de communication qui malheureusement pose problème à chaque fois qu’il y a un souci à ce sujet chez Woodbrass. J’ai été recontacté par un membre du SAV trois jours après ma déclaration. La personne a été très professionnelle et la réexpédition de mon colis en erreur s’est effectuée cette fois sans souci. Je mets donc 4 étoiles pour la livraison qui n’a pas été parfaite. Le matériel commandé est quant à lui parfait.
