Description

The range of Eagletone amplifiers extends its offer with the arrival of a resourceful 20W bass combo amp. Though its looks and its versatility are definite assets, the main characteristic defining a good amp remains the sound it produces, especially in the lower frequencies. So?

From the first note, you get clear confirmation that this is indeed a true little beast. Its 10" loudspeaker is no stranger to this efficiency. The carefully designed preamp of the Raging 20B is the other culprit for this profusion of round, warm and well-defined lows. Mids and highs are not ill-treated either, and the 3-band equalization allows you endless tweaking so that you can find your very own sound. You will easily recreate all the typical sounds of the electric bass guitar, from reggae to metal, from funk to pop, from jazz to country... and then, your inspiration will do the rest.

The built-in limiter is highly reactive. It skillfully optimizes the amp's power output while constantly protecting the loudspeaker from those unwanted peaks. This circuit ensures an effective reproduction of the dynamics of your playing.

Be it for personal practice, rehearsals, studio use or small venues, you can now rely on the Raging 20B. Its size and power should put it directly in the study amp category, but this sound, this grain and this power... are those of the faithful and devoted combo amp that you've always dreamt of; handy, light, easy to transport, and that never lets you down. It creates an astonishing sound, a sound that makes you want to plug the line output into the mixing console or the audio interface. It is that good! Imposant pour un 20W avec ses 14 kg.. Bon, c'est un ampli de basse. Construction OK, pas de défaut et solide. Look sympa et inclinable en plus. J'ai pris ce 20W pour son HP 10" plutôt qu'un plus puissant avec un HP plus petit. Et là pas de regret, ça sort les graves et côté volume, ça décoiffe dès les 1er degrés du potard, vibreur mayonnaise garanti. Les réglages EQ G M A réagissent bien. Mon 1er ampli Eagletone et aussi pour basse. Mon avis de guitariste avant tout découvrant la basse.

Cet article est très bien. Mais je me suis trompée en le choisissant (c'est pour les guitares basses) et j'ai pu, après avoir contacté le SAV, le rendre en magasin. J'ai trouvé le contact avec le personnel du SAV agréable et rapide dans les réponses. Et Le personnel en magasin à l'écoute de la clientèle.

Acheté sur les conseils d'un conseiller woodbrass, cet ampli est juste parfait pour qui veut répéter chez lui, le son est bon, il envoit carrément les basses, le volume est réglé très bas pour ne pas déranger les voisins et ça envoit déjà très fort. Merci pour les conseils ;)
