Its control panel, which features almost one button per function, gives you immediate access to all of the essential sound shaping controls. And its ingenious key splitting function gives you access to a wider playing range than other compact synths by letting you divide the 3.5-octave keyboard into two distinct playing areas.
Powerful synthesis
The Take 5's five voices derive their distinctive sound from a combination of two analog VCOs and a secondary oscillator passing through a 4-pole analog filter from the Prophet-5 series. The result is classic for a Sequential: a smooth, warm and punchy sound that fits perfectly into a mix and stands out clearly on stage. For even greater analog quality, a Vintage knob adds variation from voice to voice for authentic vintage character.
