The versatility of the HT-20R MkII makes it the perfect amp for home, rehearsal and studio use. The carefully calibrated preamp, coupled with an amplification stage based on two EL84 lamps, offers you the possibility to create beautiful sound typically lamp. From the clean shop, to the creamy overdrive that clears with the volume knob of the guitar, to the extreme saturation, this amp can do anything.

The most beautiful sounds cleans: two sounds are selectable, one with an American character and the other with the sound "British" class A - both are 100% Blackstar:

Voice 1 "American" - a crystalline clean and tight grain with a solid bass seat.
Voice 2 "British" - bass and a typically "British" dynamic that can go to overdrive when pushed hard.
The most beautiful saturations: the two selectable overdrives are characterized by a large reserve of gain, while avoiding the sharp highs often encountered in other designs.

Voice 1 "Classic" - This is the classic British Blackstar overdrive. Rich and natural, it can go to the Super Crunch, but also almost until clean.
Voice 2 "High Gain" - Inspired by the high gain sounds of the Venue MkII HT, this distortion adds aggression in the treble with tight bass that resonates.
More features: for more flexibility when recording, Blackstar have added a USB jack and an XLR output. The power reducer will allow you to play at 10% of the volume, and a new studio quality reverb has been added.

New look: the new, more refined design has a tilt angle of 3 degrees, controls on the top and new chickenhead hoods, easier to handle.

Echangé contre un blackstar HT5R première génération, l'échange s'est fait rapidement (il faut dire qu'étant en région parisienne je me suis déplacé). Je dois dire que je suis pleinement satisfait et de Sonovente, et du produit. Il est possible de leur écrire et de les joindre au téléphone contrairement à un autre vendeur français pour lequel j'ai déjà donné un avis et qui se targue de disposer de 150 musiciens qui restent sourd aux appels des clients... des Beethoven en quelque sorte.... Donc, un point point pour Sonovente et un bonnet d’âne au Nantais et pour ses procédures bancales et pour ses services défaillants.

Il est exactement comme je m’y attendais Complet et polyvalent. Le fait d’avoir deux canal avec la foot switch intégré c’est gucci. Une très bonne puissance sonore. Le switch en 2W est très très pratique pour jouer chez sois sans perdre se sa qualité sonore
