With 24 microphone preamps and 12 XLR line-level outputs, the AR2412 is the largest digital stage unit developed by Allen & Heath. Designed to work with the Qu, SQ and GLD series digital mixers, the AR2412 uses proprietary dSnake technology to move console inputs and outputs to 120 meters over a single cat5 network cable.
Much more than just a stage box.
Unlike the bulky classic analog stage boxes that offer only a copper-to-brass bond between the sources and the console, the AR2412 has many features that make it easy to set up your stage setup. By pulling a simple network cable between the console and the box, it becomes possible to deport the inputs and outputs of the console directly on stage, or even expand the possibilities of Qu-Pac, Qu-SB or SQ consoles.

If the 24 inputs are not sufficient or you need to connect other sources to another part of the scene, you can connect a second AB168 stage box or an AR84 expander to the dedicated Expander port. For those who want a personal monitoring system on stage, Allen & Heath has thought of including a monitor port to connect ME-1 monitoring systems.

The AR2412 has been designed for the most demanding stage and touring. It is equipped with Neutrik connectors to ensure good durability and etherCon ports with locking that limit the risk of tearing the main cables. And has racking square to be placed directly in a rack cabinet.
