The circuit is designed after a rack wah wah by Björn Juhl and is calibrated like a real wah wah but with envelope controls and a smaller enclosure! Its tracking is very fast and precise which is very rare for auto-wahs or envelope filters. Its unique Decay setting allows you to act on the drop speed of the filter frequency. You can make it fast so that the wah effect is activated on each note, or you can make it slower for more traditional use. The sensitivity of the effect is controlled by the Sensitivity setting, but it also depends on the volume setting on your instrument. Bias is used to control the resonant frequency of the filter, when the sensitivity is at minimum it acts as a sweep filter. Resonance is used to control the thickness of the filter. Decay controls the speed of the filter falling back to the quiescent point, which is defined by the Bias setting. Take the time to get used to this pedal and its settings as it is a very responsive filter to playing dynamics. This model uses the same components as the hand-assembled model, but it is assembled in series to reduce its cost. final. Settings: Sensitivity, bias, resonance, decay.
