Use
outil de musculation/detente plutot sympa (a utiliser en alternance avec le varigrip pour un bon resultat) plutot solide et amusant, on ressent quand meme les effets au bout d'un certain temps de travail. pour s'echauffer ou pour se detendre (les vibrations du gyro dans tout le bras sont assez apaisantes) cet outil est plutot sympa.

un peu chère, mais c'est le tarif du produit Americain... Marrant, permet de bien s'échauffer, de s'étirer dans certaines positions pas évidentes sinon.

Gadget de qualité, qui vaut surement bien son prix, mais que je n'ai pas trouvé du tout relaxant ou bon pour s'échauffer comme certains le trouve, mais plutôt crispant. Dubitatif...
