Description

If you're ready to take your iOS device's sound to the next level, connect a Zoom iQ7 to it. Both compact and complete, this Mid / Side stereo condenser microphone is perfect for recording music and capturing great sound to accompany your videos. With the iQ7, you can create superb recordings on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch anytime, anywhere.

Full control
The iQ7 offers advanced features that allow you to create extraordinary stereo recordings every time. The oversized front mic gain button makes it easy to adjust the optimal input level, while the three level LEDs provide clear, well-defined sound with no saturation. In addition, the headphone jack, coupled with a line output, allows you to monitor the sound during recording and playback.

Increased compatibility
The iQ7 works with all iOS devices equipped with a Lightning connector. It comes with an extended Lightning connector and a removable spacer for compatibility with most iPhone, iPad and iPod cases. Leave your device in its case and start recording.

Mid-Side recording
The sophisticated Mid-Side recording technique allows the width of the stereo image to be varied, even in post-production. The iQ7's two microphone components include a center directional microphone (“Mid”) which captures the signal coming directly from the front of your iOS device, as well as a bi-directional side microphone (“Side”) which captures sound from both sides.
