As soon as they are used, whether static or mobile, in a raised position or above people or crowds, you must use an independent secondary security device in accordance with BGV-C1 and VGB regulations to ensure the safety of visitors to your site. Safety cables must be used in all these cases to secure your equipment and to ensure that in an emergency, the secure static equipment does not fall more than 20 cm or, with mobile equipment, not more than 5 cm to prevent impulse forces from becoming too high. Just as important as the safety cable itself are the fasteners, snap hooks or catbiners because the whole is as strong as its weakest component. For this reason, our safety cables are also equipped with certified connectors to guarantee safe use as long as the cable and connection are handled according to its specifications.
