Description

The Ultimate Ligature is more than just a trendy accessory, it has been conceived as an instrument in its own right. For more than 25 years François Louis has been working with great musicians such as Joe Lovano, Bob Berg, Tim Ries, David Sanchez, Chris Potter, Gary Keller, Jason Seizer, Emanuele Cisi, Jorge Pardo and many others musicans.
The unique design of the "Smart Cap" nicely reveals the whole mouthpiece line.

The "Ultimate" for tenor saxophone is available in 3 sizes :

- XL : For regular hard rubber tenor mouthpieces like Selmer, Vandoren, Meyer, Otto Link etc...
- L : For thin hard rubber tenor mouthpieces like Berg Larsen, Ponzoll, Zinner etc...
- S : For metal tenor mouthpieces like Otto Link, Dukoff, Berg Larsen, Ponzol or equivalent.

Très bonne ligature complétant le son brillant et incisif de mon bec Dukhoff métal qui était étouffé par la ligature que j'avais (qui n'était pas celle d'origine). Le système François Louis garde vraiment les vibrations. Juste un petit problème de taille: j'ai dû retordre un peu la partie qui appuie sur l'anche car même serré à fond, le blocage n'tait pas suffisant.
