The result of a joint effort between PRS Guitars and guitarist-composer Mark Lettieri, the Fiore HH expands the Fiore family by adopting two humbuckers. It retains the modern aesthetics, precise craftsmanship, and exemplary playability of the original model, while offering a meatier tone and authoritative attack.
Designed for versatile guitarists, the Fiore HH excels from tight funk to hi-gain leads, covering rock, pop, and fusion textures. The highs remain smooth and usable in clean tones even at full volume, while the lows and mids maintain warmth and definition.
The Fiore-H humbuckers deliver punch and dynamics with great note clarity. Each push/pull tone control switches its pickup between series and parallel: in series, a full, warm, and articulate humbucker; in parallel, a clarity close to a single coil, slightly scooped and brighter. Combined with the 3-position selector, these settings offer eight immediately usable voices.
On the craftsmanship side, the swamp ash body provides projection and attack, the 25.5" maple neck and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard offer a fast feel. The Fiore neck profile and 10" radius favor smooth bends. The two-point steel vibrato and nickel hardware complete a reliable, balanced, and ready-to-play instrument.
