With a single 8 "speaker, the BC108 is designed for personal use such as light, easy to carry, and perfect for rehearsals and small concerts.
The 8-inch speaker gives it lightness and portability. The cabinet is also more compact, but the design has been designed to ensure excellent bass response. One of the elements that determines the reproduction limit of the low frequencies is the zero frequency (f0: the lowest resonant frequency), so the hp resulting from the latest research considerably lowers this threshold; the result is a hp which, despite its small size, offers a generous sound in low frequency. In order to take full advantage of the bass of this speaker, the cabinet has a unique semi-open rear structure. Although compact and lightweight, this cabinet has a lot of performance with a very musical result.
The speaker can be connected in parallel. A single unit provides output power up to 25 W at 8 ?, connecting 2 units at 50 W at 4 ? for more volume.
The perfect companion for the BC108 is the MV50 amp head. This amp head is adapted to this cabinet and, thanks to its equalizing switch, it can compensate the bass response and attenuate the high frequencies. This combination gives you a sound that takes full advantage of the speaker's characteristics without compromising the MV50's capabilities. Using the MV50 with 2 BC108 units connected in parallel will maximize the sound potential.
