Rycote micro-flags are molded from an unbreakable plastic material. Thanks to a clever system of "pale" rubber to maintain a microphone with a diameter between 19 and 38mm the repeated insertion of the latter will not cause any deterioration (which is not the case of foam systems) !
The pale red and black can hold a microphone with a diameter between 19 and 32mm. To insert a larger microphone simply remove the lid of the flat and remove the black pale. Simple fast convenient and efficient!
