Connections
The B1500XP has symmetrical XLR inputs and outputs, as well as symmetrical XLR THRU sockets for the connection of additional speakers. An amplification frequency button makes it possible to target an amplification frequency between 45 Hz and 90 Hz. Operate the boost switch to give the selected frequency a +10 dB boost. The B1500XP also has a High Cut dial which allows precise control of the frequency of the upper corner of the amplifier of the subwoofer. The High Cut dial does not affect Thru signals, but only the signals directed to the Basse box (it however affects the signals of the output sent to the speakers in the full range). A Level button controls the input gain, and the opposite phase switch the output phase to compensate for the frequency cancellation between the bass box and the satellite speakers. LEDs indicate the operational state at a glance, in particular the power supply, the present signal and the input overloads. An effective value and crest limiter completes this set of exceptional characteristics, thus offering optimal protection to the RBOSound Graves speaker.

What enclosure do I need?
As you have probably noticed, we manufacture these subwoofers in two different woofer sizes. Which one suits you best? An 18 -inch woofer has more surface to move the air than a 15 -inch woofer. If you are responsible for the sound system of a jazz combo in a club, only one B1500XP may be enough. But if you have to serve techno with a strong pulse in a large dance club where there are only standing places, you may need a pair of B1800XP to ignite the dance floor.
