For the first time, Yamaha engineers have designed a study trumpet equipped with an inverted mouthpiece branch, allowing to obtain an exceptional response and playing feeling. The YTR-3335 is also equipped with an in-between on the main chord slide for a more stable and precise sound. The two-part design of the new yellow copper pavilion combined with the new lighter alloy perfectly meets the needs of beginners. It provides an easy answer and its regularity of manufacture helps the students to develop a brilliant sound.

The new lighter, innovative design 2-piece pavilion is made from a yellow copper alloy, providing a wide range of sound colors and enhancing technique and endurance.
New pistons, buttons and piston caps
The new pistons are made from a "monel" alloy. This alloy is renowned for its high resistance over time and its very high friction power. The choice of materials is of course an essential element to ensure the quality of the pistons, but the most important lies in the process of mounting and assembling the pistons and liners. Yamaha engineers have developed a new lapping technology for pistons, "Super Lapping Technology", which ensures the best deflection of these pistons and the smoothest and most precise action on the market.
Associated with the new buttons and caps (upper and lower) with a slightly heavier design, they bring to the new YTR-3335 a superb color of sound, and an easier handling for young musicians.
New backstage agreement
The tuning slides are made according to the same method used for our professional models, thus ensuring better stability, a soft action and bringing a rich and refined color of its pus.
