The RedNet MP8R is an interfaced 8-channel microphone preamplifier for Dante networks that can be controlled remotely. Designed specifically for the live environment, recording or broadcasting, it adapts to other types of workflows where reliability is paramount, in particular thanks to the redundancy of its Ethernet port and power supply.
The RedNet MP8R features 8 high-end mic preamps developed specifically for the RedNet line, which benefit from 30 years of prestige in mic preamp design. Each preamp features dual impedance at the input, allowing flexibility when using multiple mic preamps in parallel. The device includes 8 auxiliary outputs with automatic gain managed by DSP for digital "splits". After the preamps, 8 channels of high-precision AD conversion, operating at up to 192kHz/24-bit with minimal latency to dynamic range and extraordinary performance.
The MP8R features a rugged, high-quality enclosure, both in internal construction and outward appearance, with redundant Ethernet and power ports. In addition, it offers a compact 1U form factor in a standard 19-inch rack.
