Description

Do not forget your instrument! is a series of books in 5 volumes, intended for Music Training classes, from the end of Cycle I to the end of Cycle II.

Each volume is organized in lessons called Opus where all the activities are also named in a specific way: Prelude (instrumental warm-up), Cantabile (around the song), Intermezzo (readings, transposition), Con spirito (theory, analysis), Tutti ( in combination with the instrument) ...

The whole covers all the subjects of a complete course: reading, singing, rhythm, audition, writing, theory, analysis, culture ... and contains many original approaches for which the instrument of the student will be solicited as often as possible : different situations of play and learning around improvisation, the discovery of harmony by keyboard, various instrumental forms (solo, duo, ensemble), etc. in a great diversity of styles, from baroque to jazz, mixing works from the great repertoire and original pieces.

A student's book is proposed with the complete activities + the scores arranged in a set (Ut and Instr.Transposers), as well as a teacher's book containing the corrected activities, piano accompaniments and methodological advice.

Complementing the teaching material present in each volume, many tools and supports are accessible from the publisher's Education Space.

Do not forget your instrument! completely renews the approach of the Musical Formation by the permanent use of the instruments and thanks to a complete and "turnkey" material served by a living and innovative pedagogy.
