The EVOLVE 50 is a column-type system composed of three stackable elements incorporating a powerful Bi amplification of a total of 1000W in class-D and controlled by the QuickSmartDSP Electrovoice. The system consists of a robust wooden amplified subwoofer 15mm thick incorporating a 30cm speaker capable of reproducing bass frequencies up to 37Hz. The bi-directional connection of the audio column securely fitted in its intermediate tube on the box, is secured by a magnet. The whole is judiciously maintained in its well only by gravity. The audio signal being connected internally to the transducers.
Eight 9cm speakers mounted in the vertical Array position in the column, associated with the 30cm bass speaker allow up to 127dB SPL. The eight waveguides made of composite material control the dispersion of the high frequencies with 120 ° horizontally for 40 ° asymmetrical vertical (a part more oriented downwards for the proscenium), in order to obtain a constant level and consistent for a seated or standing audience. The intermediate support of the HP column and this one are delivered in a robust and practical carrying and protection bag.
The integrated DSP processing of the EVOLVE 50 system allows simple, efficient and sustainable commissioning using 4 factory presets (Music, Concert, Speech and club), a three-band equalizer, five user memory locations (Saving and restoring parameters), delay on the output, Phantom power supply (+15 V), display of the status of the limiters as well as a general volume control.
The new Electrovoice QuickSmart Mobile application using Bluetooth Low Energy technology (BTLE) for wireless connection allows control and monitoring of up to six EVOLVE 50 systems simultaneously. The transport of audio stream in high resolution without Bluetoothâ brings a simplicity of implementation in all situations.
