The SRT (Studio Response Technology) Powered system is a digital technology that, based on an analysis of the sound of acoustic instruments, adds natural tone and resonance in real time to the sound of instruments that do not have a soundboard, such as the Silent Cello. The system reproduces the musician's unique expression by adding resonance to the analogue signal from the instrument's pickups, rather than relying on sampled sounds.
