ZOOM F3 PORTABLE DIGITAL RECORDER



SMALL IN SIZE, BIG IN SOUND


With 32-bit floating-point recording, the F3 effortlessly captures the trickiest raindrops and loudest explosions. Its small footprint allows it to be placed anywhere, while you capture and monitor high-quality audio, up to 192kHz.
F2 Editor for Mac and PC lets you adjust settings, format SD cards and more. The USB connection also makes it easy to transfer files to your computer. The F2 offers up to 15 hours of battery life (14 hours on the F2-BT) with two AAA batteries. Both record to microSD, microSDHC and microSDXC cards up to 512GB, in 32-bit floating point mono WAV format, at 44.1kHz or 48kHz. The F2 and F2-BT come with an LMF-2 omnidirectional lavalier microphone, windscreen, lavalier clip, and a free download license for Steinberg's WaveLab Cast software.

FOCUSED ON THE SCENE


When working in the field or on set, sound levels can fluctuate often and quickly. The F3 lets you match your scene without having to adjust gain or worry about clipping. In post-production, you'll be able to work with the sound you've captured whether the levels are extremely low or loud.

FIELD TESTED


The F3 is built with durable side bars, a standard tripod mount, and non-slip rubber feet, so you can mount it on your gear or hide it in any scene. Its rugged metal housing and locking XLR connectors are designed for use in a variety of environments.

AUDIO AND STREAMING INTERFACE


Connect your F3 to a computer or iOS device via USB as an audio interface and record or stream up to two channels with the crystal clarity of 24-bit/96kHz resolution. The pass-through feature allows you to combine the audio signal from your computer with that from the F3's inputs to complement the sound of your stream.

Je l’attendais depuis quelques temps et il est vraiment pratique, silencieux et assez abordable. La seule option qu’il manque pour moi est de pouvoir dissocier le zoom sur la forme d’onde et le gain sur l’enregistrement (Ou alors je n’ai pas trouvé comment faire). Je préfère pouvoir comparer les niveaux sonores des sons que j’enregistre et des bruits de fond mais si chaque cran du zoom ajoute 6 dB sur l’enregistrement et qu’on change chaque fois le zoom... Ou alors il ne faut pas utiliser l’affichage de la forme d’onde, après tout on est en virgule flottante alors pas besoin de surveiller !

je suis passer du zoom H6 au F3 pour des enregistrements en exterieur principalement (nature, fx...), c est juste parfait pour ça, tres petit, bons preamps, 32bits c'est trés confortable c'est pas une légende. Par contre c'est minimaliste, seulement 2 entrées, gourmads en piles (je recommande une batterie externe et alim par usb), peu de tweak dans les menus ... mais du coup pas besoin d'un manuel, en 10 minutes on sait s'en servir. Tres content de mon achat pour un setup omni stereo portable!

Un peu cher mais What the Fuck micro bijou qu'on peut accrocher n'importe où. Un mousqueton et je l'ai mis sur mon sac à dos, le téléphone (en mode avion) comme remote ! Juste trop bien ! Tout ça en virgule flottante bisous bisous... Non un peu cher mais de ouf trop bien !

Toujours de très bons produits chez Zoom, et l'accès au 32 bits à virgule flottante. Je mettrai un petit bémol, notamment sur le branchement des micros à fiches jack 3.5, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à trouver le bon adaptateur jack 3.5 vers xlr, sauf pour la seule marque où j'ai trouver mon bonheur chez Rode avec son VXLR+. ça fonctionne parfaitement.
