The Blackmagic Web Presenter is a standalone solution including a powerful hardware encoder, software to connect to streaming platforms, and network connections. So you don't have to buy an expensive computer or use complicated streaming software. Plug in an SDI video source, such as a switcher or camera, and connect to the Internet via the Ethernet connection. Your phone's mobile data can also be used! As the built-in settings are designed for streaming platforms, all you need to do is enter the stream key and stream your content. At the same time, you can connect a computer to the USB webcam output to use other video software.
Connect 4G or 5G phones to use mobile data
If you're streaming remotely or need a backup connection, you can plug in an Apple or Android phone to connect to the internet via your mobile data. USB connections are conveniently placed on the front and rear panel to plug in your phone. In addition, the device is compatible with the latest 5G phones, as well as 4G! Blackmagic Web Presenter will automatically detect when a phone is plugged in and switch the connection to it. You can choose a priority connection between Ethernet and your phone, which allows you to keep the backup mobile connection.
