SmartView 4K is a very high quality monitor that can be used in large broadcast studios, OB trucks or on set for feature film production. SmartView 4K works with all SD, HD and Ultra HD video formats and features a universal AC power input and a 12V DC input that allow you to use it with a battery or by plugging it into standard AC outlets. Its 6 rack unit design and VESA compatibility gives you the opportunity to install it on a rack, in OB vans or even mount it on a wall or an articulating arm. SmartView 4K is the ideal professional monitor for any broadcast studio, control room or portable workstation!
A machined metal design built to last!
SmartView 4K features a stunning machined metal front panel and an ultra-slim rack-mount construction with backlit buttons that allow easy access to all controls. The monitor fits perfectly in standard 19” racks and has VESA-compliant mounting holes on the rear panel. The professional broadcast connections are mounted on the side, which allows the SmartView 4K to be extremely thin and thus to be installed in confined spaces. With standard 12G-SDI BNC connectors, cables won't come loose, even when subjected to vibration in an OB van. AC and DC power supplies let you use it portable or in the studio. If you want to use more than one monitor or need a remotely controllable setup, SmartView 4K can also be controlled via Ethernet.

Now you can install a monitoring solution that will stand the test of time as SmartView 4K supports monitoring of all your SD, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI and 12G-SDI sources. SDI inputs automatically detect the video standard connected to the input and sync instantly. The full resolution Ultra HD monitor lets you view every pixel of an SDI input in 3,840 x 2,160 resolution, even when operating at a fast 60p frame rate! This support for high frame rates is ideal for capturing all fast movements, especially during sporting events. You also have a design that will stand the test of time!

The brightness of the LCD screen allows ideal viewing from all angles and the use of digital controls help you maintain your initial settings. You can also download 3D lookup tables to calibrate the monitor and visualize your achievements on set! When monitoring SD or HD signals, the built-in Teranex processor supports proprietary PixelMotion™ proprietary algorithms that automatically deinterlace and upscale video to Ultra HD resolution. The result is visually perfect, artifact-free image resizing that gives you smooth viewing at the highest quality!
