Three powerful active EQ controls maximize the potential for gain. A well-defined bass control with surgical precision that cuts at 80Hz, making the bass tremendous, but never muddy.
A control of the midrange limited to 800Hz allows to obtain a modern aggressive attack. And a treble control, set at 6kHz, adds sizzle, cut and attack.
The SAT Switch (based on our 805 Overdrive) adds 24dB gain to the boost; which tightens the bass for a more aggressive and defined attack.
Regardless of the Drive section, the Boost (activated lower left) offers 0 to 15 dB gain and can be used as a super power boost or to push an amp to the max 'in the overdrive. If you use it with an already fat amp, it will make your gain level even higher.
