It also reproduces voice with great precision when used as a handheld microphone or mounted on a boom. The NT3 can be powered by P48 phantom power or by 9V battery if the camera or console cannot provide phantom power. With a sturdy metal body and grille, it's ready for work in the studio or in the field.
