Direct injection boxes (DI) make it possible to connect guitars, bass and keyboards (as well as other line level devices) to mixing tables and audio recorders. They are absolutely essential for good impedance adaptation and to maintain the integrity of the signal. Our DI800 Active has "stamped" inputs that respect your source signal much better than passive di boxes. The symmetrical signals that come out of the DI800 have an extremely low impedance (generally less than 680?), And are much less sensitive to noise and radio interference (RFI).
