The newest addition to the CLA product family, the 100WRMS per channel CLA-100 is a rugged, convection-only 1U rackmount amplifier with the classic sound of Class AB hifi and studio systems. Similar to its more powerful sibling, the CLA-100 is powered by an oversized toroidal transformer and filled with generous, high-quality Japanese filter caps; used by a classic power MOSFET complement for detailed high end.
The CLA-100 is a miniature workhorse, delivering 100 WRMS at less than 1% THD + noise (1 kHz) into 8 ohms per channel. A flat response of +/- 0.25dB from 20Hz to 30kHz at full rated power gives the listener sound quality equivalent to amplifiers costing many times the price.
