The Yamaha PSR-F52 is an accessible, lightweight, and intuitive keyboard, designed to support the first steps in music with pleasure and simplicity. Thanks to its wide range of sounds from all around the world, its varied rhythms, and learning functions, it provides an ideal foundation to discover music at any age.

Keyboard

  • 61-key "organ" style keyboard
  • No Touch Response – the volume does not change based on how hard you play, which allows beginners to focus on playing without worrying about dynamics.

Sound

  • 136 built-in voices, including: pianos, guitars, wind instruments, etc.
  • 41 world music voices (India, Africa, Asia, etc.)
  • 8 drum kits, including 5 world percussion kits.
  • Polyphony: 32 notes — you can play up to 32 notes simultaneously (chords, accompaniments, effects...).

Advanced Features

  • Built-in effects: Reverb (mimics the echo of a room) and Chorus (adds width to the sound). These effects are pre-set.
  • SOUND BOOST: gives the sound a boost, perfect for playing without being drowned out by other instruments.
  • Dual function: allows you to layer two sounds (e.g., piano + strings), pre-set based on the selected sound.
  • Split function: divides the keyboard into two sections with different sounds (e.g., bass on the left, piano on the right).
  • Panel Sustain: allows you to sustain notes as if using a sustain pedal, even if it’s not plugged in.

Pedagogical Features

  • 69 preset songs, including a demo song for inspiration and practice.
  • Part Mute lesson mode: disable the right or left hand to practice independently.
  • Built-in metronome: essential for rhythm training.
  • Tempo range: from 11 to 280 bpm, with Tap Tempo function (tap the tempo and it’s automatically recognized).
  • Transpose: shifts the notes on the keyboard up or down (useful for accompanying a singer).
  • Fine tuning (Tuning): adjusts the pitch for precise alignment with other instruments.
  • Duo mode: splits the keyboard into two identical parts for playing four-hand (teacher + student).
  • Volume limiter: perfect for children or apartment use.
  • Category buttons: allow quick access to sounds or styles.

Accompaniments

  • 158 auto-accompaniment styles, including pop, rock, jazz, as well as 75 world music styles.
  • Play a single note or chord, and the keyboard generates a complete rhythm with bass, drums, and accompaniment.
  • Smart Chord: triggers a full chord with just one note.
  • Multi Finger: automatically detects the type of chord played.
  • Style controls: intro, ending, fill-in (transition), Sync Start (rhythm begins when you play).
  • OTS – One Touch Setting: press a button and the keyboard selects the best sound for the selected style.

Connectivity

  • Stereo headphone jack: play without disturbing others.
  • Power adapter input: for playing on AC power (PA-130 adapter or equivalent recommended).
  • Auto Power Off function: the keyboard automatically shuts off after a set period of inactivity (from 5 to 120 minutes).
