Roland GO:PIANO

Discover the GO:PIANO 61, ideal for both beginner and advanced musicians. Compact, lightweight, and equipped with numerous advanced features, it adapts to all playing styles and musical needs.

Keyboard

  • Number of keys: 61 keys
  • Key type: Ivory Feel and Box-shape with velocity sensitivity. The keys have a texture mimicking ivory for a more authentic acoustic piano feel. Velocity means the sound intensity varies depending on how hard you press the keys.
  • Touch sensitivity: 3 levels + fixed mode. You can adjust the keyboard's responsiveness to your playing style: more or less sensitive to finger pressure.

Sound Generator

  • Maximum polyphony: 128 voices. This means up to 128 notes can sound simultaneously, even when using the sustain pedal or effects.
  • MIDI compatibility: GM2 format. Allows the keyboard to be used with computer music software (DAW) and other MIDI instruments.

  • Pianos: 10 sounds (from classic pianos to electric pianos)
  • Electric Pianos: 7 sounds (vintage sounds typical of the 70s/80s)
  • Organs: 7 sounds (from jazz organ to church organ)
  • Other sounds: 16 sounds (including drums and sound effects)

Built-in Effects

  • Multi-effects, Chorus, and Reverb: These effects add depth and richness to the sound. Reverb simulates the acoustics of a concert hall.
  • Pedal resonance (always activated for piano sounds) to simulate the effect of string resonance when the sustain pedal is pressed.

Advanced Functions

  • Customizable tuning: From 415.3 Hz to 466.2 Hz to match the tuning of the keyboard with other instruments.
  • Transpose: -5 to +6 semitones to change the pitch of the notes without altering the hand position on the keyboard.
  • Octave shift: -3 to +3 octaves. Useful for playing lower or higher sounds without changing keyboards.
  • Built-in metronome: For practicing with a precise tempo (from 5 to 300 beats per minute) and various time signatures.
  • Recorder: Allows you to record up to 99 songs with a total storage of around 30,000 notes. Recording format: Standard MIDI File (Format 0).

Connectivity

  • Bluetooth 4.2: Wireless connection to stream music or send MIDI data to a computer/tablet.
  • Headphone/line output: Plug in headphones or connect the instrument to an amplifier.
  • AUX input: Allows you to connect an external audio player.
  • USB port (Micro-B): To connect the keyboard to a computer and use it with music production software.
  • Pedal port: Allows you to add a sustain pedal or other controllers.
