The Antelope Audio Orion Studio Synergy Core interface is a major evolution of the well-known Orion audio interface series designed to be the heart of your professional recording studio for the coming years. Powered by the innovative Antelope Audio Synergy Core effects processing platform, this update to the Orion Studio is equipped with 2 FPGA chips and 6 DSP working in harmony to manage the vast library of Antelope plugin effects.

Synergy Core = effects processing
With 6 DSPs and 2 FPGAs onboard, the Orion Studio Synergy Core allows you to assign effects support to your interface, taking the strain off your Mac or PC so it can record and play back more tracks and manage CPU-intensive virtual instruments. The Orion Studio Synergy Core has a dynamic range of 130 dB on the two pairs of monitoring outputs which can be used simultaneously or in alternating A/B mode.

Professional quality preamps
The Orion Studio Synergy Core gives you 12 mic preamps based on the Antelope Discrete MP preamp with 75 dB of completely pure gain. Are you recording signals at line level? The Orion Studio Synergy Core's direct inputs bypass the preamps and send the signal directly to the A/D converters with 124 dB of dynamic range. Send the signal wherever you want with the digital patch bay and latency-free mixer from the Orion Studio Synergy Core software control panel. This interface will be the “brains” of your studio and give you flexible tools and reliable to manage routing and monitoring.

The Orion Studio Synergy Core wouldn't be an Antelope interface if it didn't provide a world-class clock signal. With wordclock input and output you'll be able to synchronize your studio with fourth generation Antelope Acoustically Focused Clocking technology which uses 64-bit DSP to preserve audio quality up to 192kHz.
