LINE 6: Helix LT - Simplified amp and effects processor
The Helix LT uses the same dual SHARC processor processing and professional HX modelling found in the flagship Helix Floor and Helix Rack amp and effects simulators, in a simplified version that outperforms all other products in its class. It's easy to use, with a large colour LCD screen, capacitive touch footswitches for easy setting changes, an integrated expression pedal, analogue and digital inputs/outputs and a USB audio interface.
HX CABINET / IMPULSE RESPONSE
Helix cabinet modelling allows you to choose from 12 types of microphone, which can be placed at different distances from the speaker cone and baffle for greater flexibility. You can also load third-party impulse responses.
CAPACITIVE TOUCH FOOTSWITCHES
Simply touch a footswitch to instantly change processing blocks. You can adjust a parameter or assign controllers in the blink of an eye. Colour-coded LED rings provide instant feedback on footswitch assignment and status.
SNAPSHOTS
Snapshots allow you to create up to eight variations within a single preset, and easily switch between them without the sonic clipping that occurs when you change presets.
HX EDIT
The free HX Edit software offers the same intuitive interface as the Helix processors. So you can easily create complex signal chains, change settings and parameters using the dedicated sliders, customise footswitch names and much more.
FOUR STEREO SIGNAL PATHS
Helix processors offer four stereo signal paths to allow you to create complex presets containing numerous effects and processing blocks. You can also configure these signal paths separately to process the sound of up to four instruments simultaneously. Presets that are only compatible with two signal paths support the extension of the previous preset.
CONTROL CENTRE
Helix processors can be used to control any installation. They can send up to six MIDI commands when a preset or snapshot is recalled. In addition, dedicated relays can be used to switch external amp channels. You can also plug in external expression pedals and footswitches to expand your control options.
HELIX NATIVE
The Helix Native plug-in brings all the power of Helix to your DAW. Presets are compatible across the entire Helix range, so you can transfer presets created in the studio with Helix Native to Helix hardware processors for live use, and vice versa. Registered owners of Helix and HX products receive a significant discount on the Helix Native.
