Authentic microphone modeling, made simple
The Hemisphere is a virtual mic plug-in that uses the same technology as our UA Sphere modeling microphones. It is supplied with the SC-1 so that you can enjoy the sound of legendary studio microphones, notably those from Neumann, Sony or AKG, natively in your software, or even in real time with the UAD version for interface Apollo. Hemisphere gives you super useful options like a low cut filter, an adjustment of the proximity effect to accentuate the presence or on the contrary, move away from the source, and even an adjustment of the axis of the microphone facing its source !
