A rear-angled Jackson pointed 6-in-line headstock allows for evenly distributed tension, while a sculpted heel paves the way for easy upper fret playing. A pair of Jackson high-output humbucking pickups with ceramic magnets crank out clear tone with plenty of girth. The neck position delivers bright highs while the bridge adds plenty of crunchy distortion. Its versatile voice can be shaped with a three-way toggle switch and single volume and tone controls, while a string-through-body hardtail bridge with block saddles improves intonation and sustain.
