POMPEII T1 is an echo taking the 3rd and 4th head filters of the POMPEII PE603. Totally re-engineered to make it more suitable for today's needs, it is designed with a full pre-amplifier tube and equipped with a new compact and elegant chassis. The preamplifier tube is buffered at the first and second gain stages in order to preserve maximum linearity and sound quality. It offers a different way of conceiving echo effects. A lot of time was spent developing the best tube pre-amp, feedback and tone circuits, resulting in the best interaction between the feedback and the tone controls. The Tone control, acting on the echo/repeat section, allows to control the frequencies of the repeats. In addition, the Magic of Age modulation control colors the sound in tune with the chosen delay, making it great with arpeggios.
