EASILY ACCESS THE FEATURES WITH THE APP
Pairing the P-223 with Yamaha's "Smart Pianist" app allows intuitive operation directly from your tablet or smartphone screen. You no longer need to consult the manual for basic functionalities.

The P-223 includes built-in songs, including demo tracks for each sound. Additionally, the Smart Pianist app comes with PDF sheet music for 303 classic practice pieces, such as works by Bayer, Burgmüller, Czerny, Hanon, and more, available for free. You can use these directly on your tablet or smartphone screen. To objectively evaluate your performance or practice one hand while playing back the other, the P-223’s built-in recording function is ideal. Both models also support recording via the Smart Pianist app. If you want to create a video of your performance and share it on platforms like YouTube or TikTok, the Rec'n'Share app is the solution. Connect the P-223 to your device and record audio simultaneously for your video.
A BALANCED AND CLEAR SOUND WITH SOUND BOOST TECHNOLOGY
The positioning and angle of the P-223 speakers have been adjusted to faithfully replicate the sound reflections from the soundboard and lid of an acoustic grand piano. These adjustments ensure clear mids and highs, as well as prominent bass for a well-balanced sound, even when the piano is placed against a wall. The P-223 features a two-way speaker system for more precise sound. With the Sound Boost function, you can switch to a punchier and more powerful sound.
LISTEN TO MUSIC THROUGH THE INSTRUMENT’S SPEAKERS VIA BLUETOOTH® AUDIO
The P-223 includes built-in Bluetooth® audio, allowing you to pair it with your Bluetooth®-enabled smartphone or tablet to play your favorite music through the instrument’s speakers. You can also play along with the sound coming from the instrument’s speakers. No external adapter is needed.
COMPLETE YOUR PORTABLE PIANO WITH AN OPTIONAL STAND AND 3-PEDAL UNIT
Both models are compatible with an optional stand. The P-223 can also be equipped with an optional 3-pedal unit. The optional stand is easy and secure to assemble when purchased separately. Please ask for the
