A powerful acoustic amp on drums!
Building on the success of the first generation, the Nux Stageman II AC-80 has also been designed to faithfully reproduce the character of your electro-acoustic guitar and voice, but with expanded functionality. This amp delivers a maximum of 80 watts of power, which can also be used without being connected to a mains power supply, thanks to its rechargeable battery, for nomadic playing autonomy of more than 4 hours! Designed for clear, deep and dynamic sound diffusion, the Stageman II features a 6.5-inch speaker coupled to a 1-inch tweeter, for a natural and inspiring rendering, perfect for the studio and the stage.
The AC-80 amp offers two almost identical independent channels, the first optimized for your acoustic guitar (instrument jack input), the second for your voice (XLR / jack combo microphone input), the ideal configuration for performing alone with guitar and amplified voice. Each channel has as controls a gain, a 3-band equalization (bass, middle, treble), as well as a control for the effects mix (controllable via the mobile application) and a potentiometer of reverb. A selector on channel 1 allows you to optimize the sound of your next game if you play a normal / mixed game, or more focused on picking or strumming the strings. For channel 2, the selector optimizes the sound reproduction by influencing the equalization and the polarity according to the configuration.
On the connector side, the AC-80 offers a mini-jack auxiliary input to read and play on your favorite songs, Line out jack and DI out XLR analog outputs are present to send your signal to a mixer or a sound system . The amp also has an effects loop to easily integrate your effects pedals into your setup. Finally, two footswitch inputs allow more foot control of effects and drum machine / lopper (notably via the NMP-2 footswitch supplied with the amp).
A complete Mobile Application to control its full potential!
The Stageman II AC-80 hides many more possibilities than a standard acoustic amp. Via its Bluetooth connection, it gives the possibility of broadcasting an audio stream without any wires, but also of being controlled by the free mobile application Stageman II (Android / iOS) to manage in real time the functionalities of effects, responses impulses, rhythm machine and looper!
Thus, 8 impulse responses (IRs) of famous acoustic guitars can be selected via the mobile app, in order to simulate these legendary sounds according to the type of microphone used on your own guitar. The effects section is also very complete and flexible with a dozen different effects offered, configurable in detail and whose routing can also be easily modified via the section of the mobile app. And as for the Mighty series and the Stageman AC-50, this amp has a simple and effective drum machine offering different styles of music on which you can create loops of up to 60 seconds with the dedicated looper.
An NMP-2 foot controller is supplied with the Stageman II to activate or deactivate the effects on channel 1 by foot or to control the looper and drum machine functions.
