32 digital mixing console + 8 channels Yamaha QL1
compact, rackable, 18 faders (16 + 2)
The very renamed CL series made it possible to considerably raise the level of performance of digital live consoles thanks to refinement, high sound quality, unprecedented features, while retaining the traditional values that made Yamaha consoles the standard in The domain of digital mixers. Basic characteristics and performance are inherited directly from the CL series, including the natural sound provided by superb internal treatment capacities. All these features that make it possible to adapt to the requirements of most work environments, as well as the integration of the Dante network which provides very significant flexibility, have been concentrated in the consoles of the QL series. Type 'all in one', the consoles of the QL series offer mixing, treatment and assignment capacities suitable for the sound system of live shows from small to medium -scale, business events, fixed installations, etc.
Pure and natural sound, and ultra-powerful treatments for better creative control
The Yamaha sound starts from an audio signal faithful to the source. The QL series consoles have circuits and components designed and selected with extreme care, ensuring an exceptional audio purity from the entry to the output. Starting from this quality signal, you can make the most of the integrated high -end internal processors, such as the Portico 5033/5043 created with Rupert Neve, to format and create the sound you want. And for a large number of voice sound system applications, the integrated automatic mixing function, signed Dan Dugan Sound Design, ensures an optimal balance between the channels while allowing the operator to fully focus on optimizing the overall sound quality.
Refinement of controls: smooth operation
The ability to react quickly and surely to several essential solicitations to ensure effective work in live performance. The QL series consoles have a large touch screen and several ""Touch & Turn"" buttons (touch/turn) which constitute a remarkably flexible and efficient control interface. The attention has also been given to details such as the sensitivity of the Faders and the integrated OLED screen label to allow a sophisticated global exploitation. Added to this is very complete remote control and editing possibilities, off-line and on-line, via a computer or an iPad.
All-in-one configuration adaptable to all applications
In addition to a large capacity for analog inputs and outputs, the consoles in the QL series have the same dante audio network protocol as the CL consoles. The Dante network allows an extension of remote input/output capacities using a simple Ethernet cable. A characteristic specially developed for QL allows you to use the console as a remote rack, as we do with a Rack Rio. Another QL or CL console can use the same QL micro preamps to perform the facade mixing for example ('Port-to-Port' function). Other interesting features for 'live' mixes: possible recording (2 tracks) directly on USB key, multi -ist recording on PC, and two extension slots that increase treatment capacity or inputs that can receive MY type maps of any format.
