PAE power supply modules are equipped with the Modular Plus connection system. This high quality connector allows the connection of all gooseneck modules of the series and the HM1000M suspension module. Thanks to their wide tolerance of supply voltage, these modules adapt to almost any type of microphone preamplifier. They have a 250 Hz low-cut filter to suppress surface noise.
The PAESPM programmable phantom power module can be used as a fixed or mobile application and has a 3-pin XLR connector. It is equipped with a binary decimal switch (BCD) to activate the desired operating mode. Several functions are programmable, such as switching the low-cut filter on or off, the light ring and the operation of the micro switch. The PAESPM is equipped with a "noiseless" switch for activating the microphone. Instead of completely cutting off the signal
it simply applies a level reduction of 26 dB, thus avoiding the crackle generated when removing phantom power.
