After more than a year of intensive use of my Helix, like many others, I was affected by the lack of headroom of FRFR speakers. The Powercab is perfect for those looking to have both the extreme versatility of the modeler, the sound quality in recording or live performance, and the acoustic comfort of a real amp.
P.S. The speaker simulations brought by the latest update make a real difference between the 112 and the "plus"; if you hesitate, go for the "plus".
