Active Amplification System for Guitar Powercab 212 Plus
The Powercab® 212 Plus active stereo amplification system for guitar has been specially designed to be used with professional modelers. If you are happy with the speaker models of your modeler and just want to amplify the sound of your presets, connect the modeler to the Powercab 212 Plus, select Flat mode (FRFR), and play.
Switch to Speaker Modeling mode on the Powercab 212 Plus to access the 12 proprietary internal speaker models, different from speaker models and impulse responses, to enjoy a more lively playing experience — as if there were an amp in the room. The range of modeled speakers goes from classics like the “Greenback” and “Blue Bell” to modern models and can be combined as you wish. Since the Powercab 212 Plus is a stereo amp, ping-pong delay effects, vast reverbs, spacious modulation effects, and even two-amp setups sound just right.
Other professional features: a robust yet lightweight plywood cabinet with deployable stands, a 2" LCD, 128 user memories (presets), direct XLR outputs, MIDI In/Out jacks, AES/EBU and L6 LINK I/O, a second multi-purpose input, and a USB audio interface. Third-party impulse responses can be loaded and saved in presets.
