X SERIES SOLOIST™ ARCH TOP SLATX8Q MS

A logical evolution of traditional guitars and specially designed for high performance, this 8-string multi-diapason guitar will offer you an infinite horizon of possibilities thanks to the two scales on its fingerboard, and will improve your playing comfort as well as string tension and intonation.
The SLATX8Q MS has a poplar body with a quilt maple top and a maple neck with graphite reinforcement and a bevel joint for maximum stability. Designed for speed and comfort, the 12- to 16-inch variable-radius laurel fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets and a Jackson AT-1 headstock with 4 x 4 action.
Specially chosen for their complementary sound, Jackson's two uncapped 8-string pickups give this guitar a very versatile tone and work together perfectly for an extremely balanced and customizable sound, as well as a high output level perfect for crystal clear tones and roaring distortion. Its volume knob and tone knob will help you precisely control the output level and character of its pickups, and its three-position selector switch means you can always choose the perfect option to bring your music to life. To help improve intonation, this guitar also features a Jackson bridge with individually adjustable bridges, with a slanted design to accommodate two different scales.
Deadly and menacing, the SLATX8Q is available in a Transparent Black Burst finish with all-black hardware.
