Mariposa guitars feature a lightened okoume wood body, a torrefied maple neck and an ebony fingerboard with integrated perloid block markers. The electronics include two custom EBMM humbucking pickups with volume control per pickup, and a 3-position selector for different sound combinations. The cover plate is laser-engraved with a design to match the finish of each model.
