The "Ultimate" for tenor saxophone is available in 3 sizes :

- XL : For regular hard rubber tenor mouthpieces like Selmer, Vandoren, Meyer, Otto Link etc...
- L : For thin hard rubber tenor mouthpieces like Berg Larsen, Ponzoll, Zinner etc...
- S : For metal tenor mouthpieces like Otto Link, Dukoff, Berg Larsen, Ponzol or equivalent.
