Soft cover of very good quality (fabrics, closures, straps). Both thick for good protection and compact, I use it for my 20K sousaphone, the size is just right. Do not expect to put a larger sousaphone. Straps for carrying as a backpack and an external pocket accessible without having to take out the instrument, very practical, well done!
