X / Y stereo for versatility and realism
The iQ6 offers two high-quality unidirectional condenser microphones in X / Y configuration, identical to those of our famous portable recorder H4n. Stereo X / Y recording is a great way to cover a large area while clearly capturing and defining the sound sources in the center. You can even pass the angle of the microphones 90 degrees, if you're looking for a very focused, 120 degree sound image for immersive wide angle stereo.

The oversized analog mic gain control and iQ6's three-segment level LEDs ensure excellent sound quality in all conditions, from quiet meetings to the most powerful of concerts, with crystal clear sound , free of signal saturation.
