RedNet is Focusrite's flagship line of modular Ethernet audio interfaces. It harnesses the power of the Dante Audinate digital audio protocol to deliver studio-quality sound for all modern audio applications. The RedNet Series Interfaces have been designed to meet the needs of many audio applications - from live sound to multi-cabin recording studios, houses of worship, distributed audio installations, post-production environments and all intermediate applications. Fundamentally RedNet is an extremely scalable audio distribution system that offers near-zero latency and can be used to expand the number of inputs and outputs of digital audio systems and/or serve as a bridge between Pro Tools|HD, MADI protocol and the Dante audio network. Incorporating the most advanced Focusrite AD/DA conversion to date, an ultra-stable JetPLL clock and high-end multi-layer PCBs, RedNet is no exception to the Focusrite philosophy: Sound is everything. Designed and engineered with extreme attention to detail, RedNet interfaces are a cut above the competition, delivering transparency and some of the best sound quality to date – combined with the revolutionary capabilities of networked audio systems.
