Una gamma completa di controlli Attack, Release, Ratio, Input e Output semplifica l'ottimizzazione del suono, dalla sottile limitazione dei picchi agli effetti di compressione fortemente ridotti. La sua tecnologia CHT Constant Headroom offre grande flessibilità e prestazioni chiare. Questo compressore completamente trasparente consente di mostrare l'intera gamma dinamica fino a quando il segnale raggiunge la soglia di compressione indicata dai dieci LED di stato della riduzione del guadagno altamente visibili. Tutto questo è confezionato in un robusto pedale in alluminio leggero delle dimensioni di una Fase 90.

I've had a Höfner Ingition Beatle Bass for a few years and decided to upgrade it with a German control panel and bridge. the standard "staple" pickups are Ok but I wanted to "beef" them up with a bit more character. Well, the MXR M87 bass compressor was exactly what was needed (I already have the 10 band for my guitars). The attack and release controls allow a wide set of changes to be applied in terms of decay and sustain, and the idea of dual input/output controls makes a great difference to the end results. Not the cheapest piece of kit available but the end result is superb !
