The single pedal setup provides the essential mat for the bass kick drum and pedal, and a separate mat for your high hat pedal. The double pedal setup adds another mat for your 2nd bass pedal. The NanoMat effectively stops bass and high hat creep and places cushioning exactly where you need it, no more no less.
