The Shure N44-7 stylus earned its reputation among audiophiles and DJs worldwide thanks to its powerful bass and its characteristic smooth and balanced sound. The N44-7 Aurora developed by JICO offers you these same legendary characteristics, thanks to a Type S tubular aluminum alloy cantilever, precisely crafted to closely match the original Shure cantilevers, while providing an optimal 7° tracking angle.
JICO favored the use of a fully spherical diamond (so-called "nude") for this stylus, whose tip is cut from a single piece of diamond. More costly and higher quality than glued tips, this nude diamond is lighter and offers much better groove tracking on your vinyl, as well as more efficient transmission of vibrations for a much richer sound.
