The celebration continues with a clean and elegant solid spruce top, paired with quilted sapele back and sides—a first for Kala—showing that even after 20 years, we never stop innovating and finding new ways to make the ukulele amazing. This unique combination of tonewoods is enhanced with rosewood binding and a Paua Abalone shell rosette.
Paying tribute to Kala’s roots, the tuners feature a distinctive custom California poppy inlay that blends beautifully with all the other design elements, making this series a tribute to the two original homes of Kala Brand Music Co.: Hawaii and California.
